摘要: 正 1.引言 目前紅外夜視儀中的紅外變象管用的是Ag-O-Cs光陰極;微光夜視儀中的微光管用的是Sb-Na-K-Cs光陰極。從使用要求來考慮,微光夜視儀是要代替紅外夜視儀的。眾所周知,Pd-Ag-O-Cs光陰極的光譜靈敏度比Ag-O-Cs光陰極的約大一倍。于是產(chǎn)生這樣的問題:能否在紅外交象管中用Pd-Ag-O-Cs光陰極代替Ag-O-Cs光陰極,使新的管子能用于利用晴朗星空輻射(即不用紅外光源)的微光夜視儀?本文通過計
