摘要: 為了在HFC中支持不同QoS的業(yè)務(wù),必須仔細(xì)研究CMTS的上行業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)度算法。但是在當(dāng)前最重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn) MCNS DOCSIS1.1中,沒有規(guī)定任何針對(duì) QoS設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)度算法,而很多文獻(xiàn)都是以改進(jìn)的先到先服務(wù)(FCFS)為基礎(chǔ)討論的。該文提出了一種可支持 QoS的調(diào)度算法,通過將業(yè)務(wù)分類,按照不同類型業(yè)務(wù)的帶寬占用動(dòng)態(tài)分配業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)先級(jí),同時(shí)還考慮了回帶(piggyback)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)吞吐量的影響,給出了仿真結(jié)果,并針對(duì)典型的時(shí)延敏感業(yè)務(wù)IP Telephony提出了改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)通道利用率的方法。

Abstract: To support different QoS services in HFC, the CMTS scheduling algorithm should be analyzed carefully. However, in the most important standard-MCNS DOCSIS 1.1, no specific scheduling is prescribed, and many papers have discussed it with modified First Come First Service(FCFS). In this paper, a scheduling algorithm with QoS support-PDBQ is introduced. It distributes the priority of services by the different used bandwidth of different services. The influence of piggyback to throughput is also discussed, the performance of this algorithm is illustrated by simulation results. A method of improving link bandwidth utilization is presented in the typical delay-sensitive service of IP telephony. -
