摘要: 正 (一)前言 眾所周知,夜視儀器最基本的要求是看得遠(yuǎn)、看得清。夜視儀器中主要的部件除光學(xué)透鏡外就是微光管。而光陰極則是微光管的眼睛。目前,二、三代微光管中的光陰極分別為Sb-K-Na-Cs與GaAs,它們的長波閾約為0.9m。夜天空輻射強(qiáng)度是滿月與星空交替變化的。滿月以可見光輻射為主,而星空則以近紅外輻射為主。在星空輻射下,波長大于1m的輻射強(qiáng)度比可見光的輻射強(qiáng)度約大12個(gè)數(shù)量級。因此,Sb-K-Na-Cs與GaAs兩種光陰極用于微光管內(nèi)接收夜天空輻射,對滿月是可以的,但是對波長長于0.9m
