超寬帶多注速調(diào)管的模擬研究

摘要: 本文介紹了多注速調(diào)管的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,以及速調(diào)管模擬軟件的發(fā)展情況。用1.5維軟件Klystron -MSU和2.5維軟件Arsenal-MSU對超寬帶多注速調(diào)管進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并對計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得到了比較好的輸出特性。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明可以實(shí)現(xiàn)該超寬帶多注速調(diào)管,其帶寬10~14%,增益40~50dB,效率40~50%。Abstract: The development, the computer simulations of klystron and design of super broadband multiple beam klystron are introduced in this paper. It shows some results of simulation of super broadband MBK by 1.5D code Klystron-MSU and 2.5D code Arsenal-MSU. Theoretical investigations of simulation results are described in details. The results show an opportunity of realization the multiple beam klystron with bandwidth about 10~14 %, gain 40~50 dB at electronic efficiency about 40~50 %.
