一種新的SAR自動增益控制的算法
A new algorithm for SAR automatic gain control

摘要: 該文從合成孔徑雷達(dá)(SAR)系統(tǒng)接收過程的信號模型出發(fā),推導(dǎo)出了適用于SAR系統(tǒng)的理想的自動增益控制算法。通過對比理想的自動增益控制算法和目前通用的傳統(tǒng)增益控制算法,發(fā)現(xiàn)它們各有利弊。該文根據(jù)工程實際,利用最大似然估值的方法,提出了一種能夠發(fā)揚(yáng)這兩種方法的優(yōu)點,并克服它們弊端的增益控制的新算法。經(jīng)過計算機(jī)仿真,結(jié)果令人滿意。

Abstract: This paper derives the ideal AGC(Automatic Gain Control) algorithm for SAR system from the statistical model of SAR echoes. Compared with the conventional algorithm, the two methods have both advantages and disadvantages. The conventional method is much more stable than the ideal one under the condition of low signal-to-noise ratio. But its gain and dynamical range are always much smaller than the practical needed one. This paper puts forward a new AGC algorithm using maximum likelihood estimation, which inherits all the virtues of the tow methods above and overcomes their drawbacks as well. The results are satisfactory via computer simulations. -
