ANALYSIS OF NOISE CHARACTERISTICS OF FET' S

摘要: 正鑒于目前缺乏場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管的低噪聲設(shè)計(jì)公式,作者通過(guò)詳細(xì)推導(dǎo)得到場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管(結(jié)型)的幾組噪聲特性表達(dá)式,列于表1
Abstract: Noise sources of the junction type PET and formulas for them are presented. These are practical formulas for common source, common grid and common drain for the PET in low, medium and high frequency regions, they being obtained by use of the Y admittance model. Also, a comparison is made of noise characteristics of the three configurations of the FET, from which certain principles in low noise design are suggested.
